Welcome to the IAM Brotherhood

This IAM Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Christian Vigilant Arms (“CVA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and you, a patriotic, faith-driven individual joining our mission of vigilance, preparedness, and responsibility.

By activating your membership, you declare your commitment to build your armory, strengthen your family’s defense, and join a growing movement of Christian patriots who stand for faith, family, and freedom.

Membership Overview

We offer two powerful membership tiers:

1. IAM Membership – $15.49/month
Ideal for adventurous members who regularly purchase outdoor gear, firearms, ammo, and accessories throughout the year.

2. Armory Builder Membership – $9.99/month
Built for those focused on assembling their own armory, one weapon package at a time.

Both memberships are month-to-month. No long-term commitments. Cancel anytime.

This pricing is offered well below typical retail and reflects the deepest savings available through our distributor relationships, subject to MAP and manufacturer restrictions.

  • IAMs are auto-enrolled in our expanding off-the-shelf product ecosystem:

Payment & Billing

  • Monthly Billing: Charged securely via your card or other supported methods.

  • Cancel Anytime: End your membership at any time through your account or by contacting us.

  • No Refunds: All membership payments are final. Your benefits continue through your current billing cycle.

Terms of Use

Non-Transferable

Memberships are individual. Benefits may not be shared or transferred.

Abuse of Benefits

CVA may revoke or suspend memberships without refund for:

    • Abuse of discount pricing (e.g., reselling)
    • Purchasing for non-members
    • Violating MAP (Minimum Advertised Pricing) policies
    • Fraudulent activity

API-Driven Member Experience

Our automated dropshipping API integration is LIVE for both:

  • Firearms

  • Optics

This allows instant access and seamless fulfillment for members at exclusive prices, with ammo and gear integrations launching soon. Member pricing updates in real-time, based on distributor availability, MAP rules, and member status.

⚠️ Some brands (e.g., Glock, Ruger, Smith & Wesson) may restrict dropshipping via our distribution partners (Lipsey’s, Chattanooga, GAS).

Legal Responsibility

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following restricted states and jurisdictions:

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington

You are responsible for ensuring your eligibility to receive firearms, ammo, or accessories in your state.

Assembly Risks

Whether you build at home or join us for an IAM Assembly Experience, you accept full responsibility for proper assembly and safe handling of firearms.

Assumption of Risk

Firearms, by nature, carry risk. By participating in the IAM program, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with:

    • Handling and using firearms
    • Transporting firearms
    • Participating in in-person classes or home builds

Updates to This Agreement

CVA may revise this Agreement—including prices, terms, and benefits—to reflect:

    • Operational improvements
    • Supply chain changes
    • Regulatory compliance
    • Expanded product categories (ammo, gear, etc.)

We will provide 30 days’ notice for material changes. Continued use of your membership signifies acceptance.
