Warranty & Exchange

Applies to All Products Sold by Christian Vigilant Arms (CVA)


Manufacturer Warranty Only

Christian Vigilant Arms does not offer a separate product warranty on any item. All warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer of the product. We sell only products that are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.

⚠️ Firearms, optics, and accessories typically include manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms and service instructions vary by brand.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of firearms, ammunition, and serialized components, CVA’s exchange and replacement policies are subject to strict guidelines based on dropship partner terms from our distribution partners.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • You must report damaged or defective items within 3 days of receipt.

  • Products must be in new condition, with all original packaging and materials.

  • After review, CVA will initiate a replacement or return process only if authorized by the original distributor.

  • For firearms: No replacements will be issued once a transfer has occurred. You must contact the manufacturer for service.

  • Optics/accessories: Depending on brand policy, we may be able to facilitate an exchange if approved by the distributor.

Products returned without prior authorization will be refused.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following products are non-exchangeable and non-returnable:

    • Ammunition
    • Firearms after FFL transfer
    • Optics that have been mounted or used
    • Build kits or custom packages that have been assembled
    • Special order items or limited run products

Restocking Fees

In the event of an authorized return or refused delivery:

    • A restocking fee up to $50.00 may apply (based on distributor or manufacturer policy).

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was shipped in error.


Return Shipping Process

All returns or exchanges must be approved by CVA prior to shipment. If approved:

    • CVA will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.

    • RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the return package.

    • Items must be shipped within 7 days of RA issuance or return approval will be voided.

    • Returns must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.


Drop-Ship Considerations

Many items sold by CVA are dropshipped directly from our partners. As such:

    • We are bound by their return and warranty processes.

    • Items refused by FFL dealers (for improper transfer setup or eligibility) may incur fees and delays.

    • If your order contains both firearms and accessories, returns must be handled separately as per distributor fulfillment.


Responsibility for Legal Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to receive the item(s) ordered:

    • If a product is returned or refused due to local/state law restrictions, or ineligibility to receive a firearm, CVA reserves the right to charge a restocking fee and withhold original shipping costs.
