Welcome to Christian Vigilant Arms (CVA). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, your purchase of firearms, tactical equipment, and related products, and your participation in our membership program. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

We are a faith-driven, preparedness-focused company dedicated to equipping Christian patriots with the tools they need to defend faith, family, and freedom.

Website Use

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this website and 21 years or older to purchase restricted items (including handguns, receivers, and certain components). You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Product Descriptions, Pricing & MAP Policy

We strive for complete accuracy in our product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occur, and CVA reserves the right to correct them without notice.

  • Product Variations: Actual items may vary slightly from descriptions or images due to supply changes or curated package substitutions.

  • Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.

  • MAP Policy: CVA strictly adheres to all Manufacturer Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. We respect brand integrity and follow all manufacturer restrictions, which ensures fair pricing across the industry.

Armory Weapon Packages & Armory Packages

Armory Weapon Packages

CVA offers curated AR-15 and AR-10 weapon systems as either:

  • Build-At-Home kits (with serialized parts shipped to an FFL)
  • Pre-assembled packages (ready-to-ship to your FFL)

Customization options are limited to:

  • Choice of optics (Holosun, Sig Sauer, or EOTECH)
  • Assembly method (in-home or in-class)
  • Optional hard case inclusion

Armory Packages

CVA Armory Packages include complete readiness kits—firearms, ammunition, optics, and accessories—tailored to defense, tactical, or preparedness needs. We reserve the right to adjust contents for availability, regulations, or supply-chain changes.

Membership Program

CVA offers memberships designed to help you save more and prepare more, without long-term commitments.

Benefits Include:

  • Member pricing on firearms, optics, ammunition, accessories, and outdoor gear (10–45% savings depending on category)
  • $100 off every CVA gun package
  • Ability to buy packages without a case (save $130)
  • Exclusive access to member-only offers, events, and training opportunities

Cancel Anytime Membership

Memberships are now no-commitment and may be canceled at any time. Benefits remain active through the paid billing period. Memberships are non-transferable.

Orders, Shipping & FFL Transfers

Order Acceptance

CVA reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its discretion (including due to pricing errors, product availability, fraud alerts, or regulatory issues).

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship firearms, restricted magazines, or certain components to the following jurisdictions due to state or local laws:

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington DC, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington

  • All serialized items must ship to a valid FFL dealer.

  • You are responsible for providing a valid FFL for transfers and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.

Shipping Methods

  • Firearms: Long guns ship via Ground; handguns via 2-Day Air.

  • Accessories: Flat-rate or carrier-calculated shipping applies. Orders over $500 may require signature.

  • CVA partners with Lipsey’s, Chattanooga Shooting Supplies, and Gun Accessory Supply for direct fulfillment and drop-shipping.

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may request cancellation if an order has not yet shipped.

  • A $50 restocking fee may apply to canceled or refused orders at FFL locations.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of firearms and tactical gear, returns are limited:

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective.

  • Return Authorization (RA) required for all returns—contact support before shipping.

Assumption of Risk & Liability

By purchasing from CVA, you:

  • Accept full responsibility for the handling, assembly, and use of firearms

  • Acknowledge that improper assembly or misuse can result in injury or death

  • Release CVA from liability for damages arising from misuse or non-compliance

CVA and its affiliates are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or website access.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected. By using our website, you consent to our data practices.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of CVA’s website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
